ProStrakan's strategy is to build a cash-generative, profitable and sustainable pharmaceutical company. The four elements of growth are: expanding pan-European sales & marketing organisation; selective in-licensing; continuing to build R&D pipeline; and expanding geographically in the mid-term.

Do you sell your products overseas?
Yes. ProStrakan is an international company currently selling products throughout the EU and, through partnering arrangements, commercialising products in other parts of the world.

When does ProStrakan report results?
In accordance with UKLA regulations, ProStrakan publishes interim and preliminary results within 90 days of the end of the period under review. ProStrakan's financial year runs from January to December.

What is the company's dividend policy?
It is the Board's intention during the current phase of the Group's development to retain any future distributable profits for use in the business. The Director's do not anticipate declaring any dividends for the foreseeable future.
